Max Europe’s Insurance Division team will meet with clients and look for ways to satisfy some of the challenges they face in structuring their insurance programs in the current market place. Our focus will be in areas where capacity is scarce and we have the opportunity to present unique solutions to the challenges clients are facing. Such solutions will be available on an annual or multi-year basis.

Although Max Europe is a relative newcomer to the direct insurance market, we believe we have demonstrated the ability to develop unique and innovative structures. Our small team of focused, experienced underwriters willing to think “out of the box” has proven to be a competitive advantage, as has our ability to respond quickly to client needs.

In Dublin, Max Europe markets and develops business opportunities from the London market, as well as from mainland Europe and Australasia, working exclusively through professional intermediaries. Using our Dublin platform, we can underwrite business in any EU country on a Freedom of Services (FOS) basis. While we have regulatory approval for multiple business classes in Dublin, we continue to focus on business development for General Casualty, Professional Indemnity, Aviation and Property classes only.
